Red Ink+Carpet

Any ideas on removing red ink from carpeting? It seems while I was at work today, my f'ing Malamute decided to chew apart a red ink pen I had left on the counter. She managed to get two big red ink stains in my carpeting. So far, Simple Green has helped, but not completely removed the stains.
So, any ideas, short of burning the place down (with the dog inside)?

Waterproof eye makeup remover....any of the ones that are dual phase (that you have to shake to activate, Lancome makes one) after the stain is up use Folex carpet cleaner to remove the oil residue.

Remember to blot not rub.

I've always used rubbing alcohol for ink on laundry, but I wet a cloth with it and dab. It dilutes it so don't pour.

Edit: I've never had a red ink stain tho. Hydrogen Peroxide for blood.;) I think the composition is the same as regular ink.

It lifts the stain, and it dissolves the ink in seconds. After it dries the stain is gone.

Everyone who leaves the Hummer family ends up at their place sooner or later. You know that "guest house" in their backyard? It's actually a chamber of horrors reserved for traitors. ;)

Try brake cleaner, LPS brand if available works everytime--maybe test in closet first. Regards The Rebel

Re: Red Ink+Carpet

I would try hydrogen peroxide first ... blotting VERY well after each treatment. Then, use OxyClean for the remaining red. I think between the two, you'll get it out. Don't wait too long. Good luck.

ONE of the BEST ways is the trigger pull on an empty chamber. Most SANE people can't take that more then 3 times as long as it is included with sleep depervation first through TOTAL silence mixed with times of TOTAL noise inclusion. Sound and silent times must be a minimum of 24 hours...

Also in the top 5 is the painless anal probe. Use a high quality anal probe found in any good porn shop. Not to small nor to large and do use lube. Gentle insertion into the prisioner is important. Before any question begins it must be left in at least 90 minutes. The prisioner must be made immobile and sight and sound deprived. Just the sound of a car battery (or AC setup) shorting (that sizzle and spark sound and smell) works very well

Another is the warm to hot bath. Again sight and sound depervation makes it more effective. Restrain the prisoner in a deep verticle tub of water up to the neck for a minimum of 6 hours (naked) then slowly heat the water. Small air burst from a tube at the bottom every so often once the water reaches 110 to 115 degrees and continuing as the water temp increases works well...

OH

btw

hydrogen peroxide followed by oxi-clean are an excellent suggestion for ink removel from ball-point pens...
