I told my wife. She replied,
"He better get pics! I'll chop chop your nuts off!" NC, get pics man. ![]() |
Yes Yes!!!!!! As many pics as possible!!! Please!!!!
Inside & out, and suspension. I heard that they're supposed to have some pretty good ground clearance. |
I got an invitation too! It should really be fun. It will be interesting to see how many "privately-owned" Hummer vehicles will be on display! My dealer said that they were allowed to invite 3 owners. I will take my digicam.
Our "official invitation" will come directly from Hummer. 2003 H2 Hummer, Yellow,Polished Whipple Supercharged, Edelbrock ceramics, catback,18" Ambush w/mudders,lots of goodies! That "artist's impression" of the H3T looks great! Nice toy. Also available by Tonka?
Very nice front indeed for an H3 SUV BTW, at least far more acceptable than the "cartoon concepts" of the H3 SUV we've seen so far, IMO. |
What type of an event is this. Are they going to have it in other parts of the country. I for one would go because the Philly Auto Show absolutely sucks. And they say that our show is ranked 5 largest. Pretty pathetic since they only show production cars at our show. The H2 was on display for the first time at our 2003 show in jan/feb. Somw 6 months after it was on sale.
Oh and of course take pictures |
Dan, where did you get this article? Is there more??
Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition!! |
How about tell everyone the time and place of this preview? 100 Hummers will just show up, what they gonna do? use boncers at the door? against 100 Hummer owners? Be prepared, they might not let you use your cameras, do some spy gear arrangement in advance. PhilD's shooter camcorder might be the right tool(as discussed in Off Topic).
I like that drawing up there, first time I've seen it. I get many car magazines every month/week, but have not seen that, thanks Dan. The best I have seen. |
I got that from the H3 mailing list & the original poster didn't specify where they got it. I'll see if I can find out.

The H3T looks cool.
The door that accesses the pickup bed and overall dimensions, interior styling, etc, looks remarkably similar to the truck concept from GM called the "Cheyenne." Take a look: http://trucks.about.com/library/weekly/aa013103a.htm |

Just wanted to bring this thread back to the top of the list so we don't all forget the pictures of the upcoming H3T that were promised here...
God save you if you don't come up with them. The natives are definitely restless on this board lately... |

Nice, I think that H3's gonna sell big.
|
H3's are just glorified S10's, same drivetrain, same front end........
Oh, sorry just practicing for when the trolling starts. I like it a lot but it really needs to smush the Jeep to be taken seriously. I read another thread that the H3 travelled and hung very well with the H1 and H2 on the Rubicon and Moab. |
are they going to have a regular H3 wagon? I hate pick up trucks...
|
Yeah, the original article mentioned the H3 wagon version.
Geez argo, I thought you would have been over your pickup truck phobia. After all, its been quite a while since that redneck Bubba forced himself on you in his F150. ![]() ------------------------------------------------- SUT on order 12/02. 12 months down, 6 to go! ------------------------------------------------- |

Thanks, FrgMstr, but the translation makes as much sense as the original. For example, what is a "Fuenfzylinder Benziner one propels", or for that matter, what are they trying to say when they put "The well-known mechanism selector lever again imposant to fail."
