Nice....

HummerLV 02-22-2005 10:27 PM

there's still time to get in on it, only 3 bids, you too could be the proud owner of the "Bumperbortion"

Kevin B 02-22-2005 10:38 PM

Reserve not met. Imagine that. That thing looks like it has a fat lip

So much for the approach angle

KenP 02-22-2005 10:53 PM

I think that was posted below. As bad as it is, I sure would hate to see a Prius get tagged by it.

Oh damn!!! That's almost as bad as... nevermind.

What do you mean "hate"? I'd love to see a Prius get tagged... by just about anything.

Does it involve a certain bumper that resembles a smiley face?

RI Hummer 02-23-2005 12:41 AM

I think I'm going to be sick!

Fubar 02-23-2005 02:00 AM

!@#%%%$^& to late. Man that is ugly!

Tully 02-23-2005 12:20 PM

come on guys...be open minded...its not that bad...you could easily fit two or three strippers dancing on that small platform while your crusing down the strip...

I don't know what you're talking about.

Longhorn 02-23-2005 02:53 PM

The Texas bumpers have been all wrong. Remember Tough Country? Just Awful.

All the manufacturers here have the Ranch Hand design philosophy. Make it big, obnoxious and void of any intelligent design and dumb rednecks will slap it on their Pick ups faster than an impromtu hate crime at a Toby Keith concert.

. . .and then there are those Texans who go and buy Happy Bumpers because it took so long to bring another solution to market.

Ed G. 02-23-2005 03:29 PM

What really sets it off are those $19.95 lights!

Good eye. I hadn't looked at that POS very closely and had missed that. What a joke.

I bet it's really made out of papier-mache.

I know you, SFOX and DRTY, have been bidding on that bumper, and now you're on here trying to drive up the price. In fact, I bet it's on DRTYFN's hummer by next week. I'll take pics when I see it at the sand dunes.

Don't stand next to any mud puddles when I'm around.

ROX 02-23-2005 09:14 PM

I know what that bumper is for!!! It's an H2 pooper scooper. You air up the back suspension of the H2 and scoop the little Yugo poopers out of your way.

Sadly,... I know you mean it.

4churchill 02-24-2005 02:23 AM

that bumper is hideous. they literally couldn't pay me to put that thing on my rig, infact i think my truck would puke it up anyway

ROX 02-24-2005 02:34 AM

It's an H2 pooper scooper.!

Raise the rear suspension on the H2.
Place scooper under small, annoying, imported treehugger car.
And scoop.
Don't forget to recycle the trash.

Sadly? Whatdaya mean "sadly"? You know you want to play in the mud.

tower 02-24-2005 06:53 AM

Well, I shouldn’t address the appearance of the thing. I figure if you can’t say anything nice… Let’s say that it looks like it was made specifically for some vehicle, but not the H2.

It looks like it weighs a quarter ton, it has no winch attachments and it sticks out far enough for a skinny girl to sunbathe on it. Would anyone desiring a “a heavy-duty” bumper be willing to give up this much approach angle?

“Go from rugged off-roading to a night on the town with the versatile appearance of this bumper guard.”

Rugged Off-Roading: 0
Night on the Town: 0

I guess versatile, in this context, means not really good for anything. I don’t have welding tools and have never designed a bumper. So my hat goes off to anyone who does. Still, I don’t think we’ll see to many of these on our trucks unless they bring back the Road Warrior flicks.

PARAGON 02-25-2005 12:30 AM

It's baaacckk!!!!!

finbox 02-25-2005 01:16 AM

Damn....thats....well.... it's retarded.

It would make a good joke, just think, at your next get together sticking it on your buddy's rig (easy to mount) and everybody laughing at him!!

alecs wife 02-25-2005 01:26 AM

That looks like the "SUPER DUPER" bumper by our beloved forum member who never brought it to market. WOW!! that is a super duper POS. HEHEHE

Now don't get your panties all bound up.

PARAGON 02-25-2005 01:46 AM

You mean the Road Dummer....err..... Armor bumpers?
