Thanks for looking and please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a hard time with these parts to our truck. I know they go together somehow, but I can't figure it out. I also need to know where the hell the thing goes once it's put back together.

This is the first pic.

Then it falls apart again. It just won't go back together. Do you think JB Weld would help?

KenP 11-03-2005 06:10 PM

This is serious, Dennis.

I have this actuator motor thingy too. It's really dirty. I wonder what I should do with it?

This is really bothering me.

It should. Did you let it site for 4 minutes first? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>No. I can do the Rubic's Cube in under a minute, but I can't get this damn thing back together. I'm so pissed.

You may want use the regular JB weld as opposed to the kwik stuff, takes longer to set but will be stronger.

Also, you should change the overhead under riders for the reinforced ones while you are at it, this will improve both your braking and handling. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>I'll try that, Phil. Once I get the damn thing together. There seems to be some really small pieces missing where many parts appear to join. Usually puzzles fit snug.

Thanks for the tip on braking and handling. You're a lot bigger help then those jokers.

I think that is part of the CTIS system, just toss it, you'll be fine.

S </div></BLOCKQUOTE>No, there's oil and millions of metal shavings on the parts. Not mud. Besides, my CTIS is still working.

I always say, when you can't fix 'em, Duct tape 'em! Or is it Duck tape?

Winch box.

I'm getting red with anger. But I'm also tired of working on this thing. I've wasted hours.
