Resize the pic. Microsoft Power Toys Image Resizer. Load it, then you can just right click you pics, choose the smallest setting and save.

If you don't have a better graphics program, just use mspaint. Go to Image > Stretch/skew and enter in a percentage. Then make sure you save it as a jpeg image, not a bitmap.

Alright that worked thanks for the help on that, I actually did it through stretch/skew thanks Sewie. Oh and Ken I just joined yesterday so I guess it would be pretty hard to be like you with 12014 post in less than 24 hrs!!!
