anyways that thing kicks in and it totally kills power for about a second, and at that speed you really notice it! anyways be safe out there and now you know!

All 4.3 v-6 are about 90, also.

Makes sense. Do the tires have an "S" speed rating? If so, manufacturers will cut the injectors off to prevent going over the speed rating of the tires. Speed rating for an "S" rated tire is 112 mph.
