Knowing the area by 2016 oil in UAE will be dried up(FACT). Thats why they are making (not 1, not 4 but 7 islands...) off shore that should cover 3 times the land space they now have. Buy a lot and make your summer home there. Join Exxon mgt. and get a CEO retirement package of 400 million!
