I'd say it takes around 1 minute to air down all 4 tires. Before it was taking me around 10 minutes to air down.

I can't recommend these enough!!!

1 minute for ALL 4? You must only be going down 10psi.
I use these things all the time, and to go from 35 to 18psi takes about 4 minutes(or anout 1 beer ).

Do they just screw on the original or do you have to bring it in to the tire guys and have em installed?

Staun Tire Deflators thread onto your tires' valves stems and deflate all of your tires to your desired, preset pressure. The preset pressure is easily adjustable from 6 to 30 psi and the setting can be changed an infinite number of times. The Staun Tire Deflators are constructed of solid brass for both corrosion resistance and resilience.

That though is for most folks. Given your demonstrated mechanical apptitude in other areas, you might want to take them to the tire shop for installation.

Funny, you're partially right. I never really looked at the valve stems before. Just took em for granted.

There is an instructional video on the Staun website that will show you how to set the valves to your liking as well. Really simple, but I would assume you would want to check the tire pressure between deflators...

Personnaly, i like the trailhead deflaters from www.oasisoffroad.com. They take a few times to set up but work awsome. Usually they take about 3min to go from 35psi to 8psi.

Hell, I have still been able to get all the sand and mud off the thing from last week.

I have a couple of buddies and our next outing looks to be Wheelin Ranch. When we get solid on it, I will post to let you kno.
