Removing side Mirrors

Could someone tell me where I can find info about removing both side mirrors on the H2 (2006). I am shipping it outside the US and it is sort
of tight in the container so it would be better to take them off.

Many thanks,

MGL

Thanks - we did that already but still tight in a 20' container - just want to be safe on the sip - it will rocking I'm sure and only a couple inches on both side even with them folded !

Thanks again.

Just do what I did yesterday and make a tight turn to the left without really paying much attention to the truck on your right, it rips them off so cleanly that all you have to do is drill out the studs and stick the mirror back on again.
I havent tried this on the left side yet but it probably works just as well.

On a serious note - be very careful what you pack into the container with the truck - I shipped a Landrover D90 to Russia a few years ago with a whole bunch of machine parts in the container as well - they all busted loose in the crossing and did some pretty significant damage to the front end of the Landrover.

FWIW, buddy shipped his out, did not remove mirrors, fit well and no problems. He came out through the sunroof.;)
