I think they have the mounting point wrong though. Well the feedback this guy has is from tons of purchasers... some of the feedback says no comment, others say no improvement and some really do report an improvement of 5 mpg and such...

Well if it doesn't work you can always turn in upside down and use it as one of those garden tiller things.
