Will 36" Tires Rub???? or give problems?
 

Guys,

I'm looking to fit some new rims and tires to the SUT.

I've been looking at 22" rims fitted with either 325/50/22 or 325/55/22 - the question is - will the bigger (55 series) tires rub because they are effectivley 36.1" versus the 34.4" stock height?

I've been considering Pirelli Scorpion ATR ..or BFG G-Force tires. The alternative is to go with Nitto Terra Grapplers in the 50 series - whihc are mre or less the same size as stock.

Anyone got any experience of this?

You may want to try looking in the technical discussion forums. I was gonna post the same question, but i did a search ang got some pretty good info. The thread below is on the first page of the tech forum. Hope this provides a llittle insight.

I've decided to go with the Terra Grapplers because i need to fit in my garrage.
