k guys, i personally emailed hummer and asked them about the 2007 h3, heres the official info they sent me. i dont understand it all but hope it helps anyone. heres the email i copyed and pasted here;

The 2007 Hummer H3 went into production on 6/16/2006, we expect it to
arrive to dealer show rooms in 6-8 weeks. Unfortunately the 2007 H3
build link is not available for use on the HUMMER.com site, we expect that
any day now, I apologize for the inconveience. There have been some
changes for the 2007 model year is a list of them:

1).Two new exterior paint colors exclusive to the H3X package: (85U)
Desert Orange Metallic and (66U) Sonoma Red Metallic. 2).Engine, 3.7L
DOHC, 5-cylinder, MFI with 242 hp and 242 lb-ft of torque. 3).Exterior
paint color (37U) Imperial Blue Metallic available. 4).(QB8) 5 - 16" x
7.5" (40.6 cm x 19.1 cm) thin-spoke flanged chromed-aluminum wheels
included on 1SB and included and only available with (ZM6) off-road
suspension package on 1SC. 5).HH3) H3X (1SD Equipment Group), includes H3
logo embroidered headrests, bright roof crossbows, (ND1) chrome fuel
filler door, (BVT) chrome tubular assist steps, (R13) Chrome Appearance
Package, (V3J) square chrome H3X brush guard, (TL4) body-color grille,
(P17) body-color H3X spare tire cover, (P31) 18" (45.72 cm) chromed
aluminum H3X wheels and (QXN) P265/65R18-112S TL on-/off-road H3X tires.
6).(TL4) Grille, body color is available on 1SA, 1SB and 1SC and included
on (HH3) H3X (1SD)
