I will need to buy a step down transformer for the block heater (220V outlets here)

I think the one listed on ebay is good for up to 1600 watts.
Just plug it in if it can handle a blow dryer and a curling iron it should be fine. As for the wattage of the gm heater I dont know. I bet they never used the word Добро пожаловать when they marched in. |
