At the bottom, but on the outside. If you have SI manuals handy, these are the strips referred to in:

Document ID# 841744 - Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer - Front
Document ID# 841785 - Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer

I want to replace them to try to remedy a wet streaking problem.
