2004 H2 Adventure series for sale

Ok guys I have been debating this a while now. I Have a Sunset orange Adventure package with 21,000 miles on it. it has landing skid running boards and grill guard.
what I am wondering is what you guys think its worth. I am looking at $36,000 to $38,500 as a fair number. any thoughts?
