BTW, I think all these Iraqi prisoner allegations are a bunch of crap and I'd just as soon drop a couple of MOABs on the lot of 'em. My point however is that Marines as well as soldiers have gotten tagged by the media.

No, we're not going to play that game. You're not going to turn this into a Army vs. Marine issue. The only way to argue the point is to attack the USMC and I'm not going to lower myself to that.

The fact that you would say no offense while makeing an offensive insult and then making a joke about berets and adding a smiley face doesn't make it all right. It just shows your character or lack there of. Character is what you do behind closed doors or behind the anonymous wll of the internet.

Let's get back to facts:

Fact: This thread is about an incident involveing the British Army.

Fact: It had nothing to do with the American Army or Marines until you made your insult.

Fact: No reasonable person would think My Lai or LT Calley were funny.
