anyone know if the climate control switches are individually backlit?

my OFF, RECIRCULATE, & AC OFF buttons are no longer lit...(in a '03)

is there a bulb back there or do the switches need to be replaced?

Dealer just told me I have to replace the entire panel of buttons...I find it hard to believe u cant just swap out the LED bulbs!

Anyone?
