Plow setup on H2?
 

Has anyone installed a Meyer STL7.5 plow setup on their H2? Meyer seems to be the only company with a plow setup for the H2 without going into custom modifications such as the guys in CT or NY installing 8' x-blades for ridiculous $$$. Fisher does not actually have an approved setup although it is being done.

Hello Neighbor, i was thinking about putting 1 on my truck but there was info or feedback on any plows i read about.....everything i have heard about plowing with h2 was NFG.

I met a guy in Manchester a few weeks ago that has an 03 with an 8' x-blade done by Arrowhead Equipment in Queensbury, NY. He loved it, but at $5600.00 I think it is too much. Any of the local Meyer dealers can do a 7 1/2' for $3500-4k but it is much lighter duty. I would have to imagine it would be an incredible plow rig.

who is quoting you that? (which dealer)? and is that installed?

The meyer dealer in Kittery and Candia. Both are quoting $3500-3600 installed. Lacey in Salisbury wanted $4100.

Just about everything I've read about trucks post-plowing season mentions alignment problems, tracking and even bent frames.

Save the plow for the old farm trucks.
