Easy Ed hit the nail on the head. They're a pair of Soviet designed 30mm Automatic Grenade Launchers. Either AGS-17 or AGS-30.

Bingo, they are a Soviet made dual mount AGS-17 grenade launcher atop a Serbian light armored assault vehicle. Part of the rapid deployment urban special forces assault unit(Jedinica za Specijalne Operacije-JSO). Stupid NATO, should have let the Serbs clean out all the terrorists in Albania when they had the chance. Nice find on the flicklife vid!

No, the Soviets always supplied the Serbs, but they did intercept a very large shipment of the H1's during the NATO bombing and stole the lot of em, total of around 150 trucks! This forced the NATO forces to drive around in the Russian made LADA's and Croatian made YUGO's!!
