As I was cleaning out the storage unit, I found these and want them gone.

Spare tire cover w/ lock $50.00
Roof rack (lights not included) $150.00
DVD headrests $175.00 for both. including shipping with the 48 states. Does not include the visor monitor.

I will only ship Headrests the other stuff you must arrange pick up.

Does that roof rack have locks? I have to go into "Detroit" often and if it ain't locked down it'll be gone!

How much does it weigh? Approx. dimensions? I'm very interested.

No, it doesn't have locks. It isn't the easiest thing to put up, takes two ppl. However, I am sure that some sort of lock could be used.

Who makes the rack so I can search for weight and dimensions for shipping?

If you decide you want to ship, I will pay for it obviously. I would take the hard cover you have for sale.
