Today I have decided to sell my SUT. However I was a bit disappointed with the dealer's offer today for a trade in. I will be taking it to CarMax tomorrow but wanted to offer it to the forum as well.

27,500 miles
Certified Hummer - 6 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper
Navigation
Roof
Air Suspension
GM Accessory Alcoa Forged Wheels (5)

Complete logs since I bought it last June with 18K miles.

This really is a great vehicle but we are moving to a new Escalade for my wife's daily driver.

Dealer has offered me $32,500. I'm looking for around $35,000.

Darn, I was looking for one just like yours, but without a roof. :giggling:

On a serious note though, calculate your tax savings on the trade-in of $32.5 compared to selling outright at $35....and if you start negotiating with a buyer at $35, you know it will wind up being something less than that.

Missouri - Doesn't matter who you sell to dealer or private party...you get to apply the credit. Just need a notirized bill of sale.
