Alert Pay?

Anyone ever use or have an account for Alert Pay... Some one wants to make a payment using this... I've looked at the website quickly and it looks legit... Maybe I'm just parinoid because I've been screwed over before... I'm so used to using Paypal and trust it...

Any and all help would be appreciated!!!

i accept cash, postal money orders, cert checks and i don't ship for 7 working days after i receive the funds...
