What's up y'all ! Sunday noon in Belgium already. Gettin' ready for lunch. Did some work at the company this morning and this afternoon we're going out with friends. Our oldest daughter is learning to ride her bicycle...

Morning all! The in-laws are coming. NOT really looking forward to it. Haven't seen um in awhile, so i guess i shouldn't complain. Hopefully they won't stay long.

At least the weather is nice, so I've got that going for me. :o

In laws suck. At least mine do. I feel for you. Maybe they'll get lost on the way to your house. Or get eaten by something big and grotesque.

It's still hot here. Ick. We got a small rain shower yesterday, but nothing much. We're in severe drought conditions now, 22" below normal rainfall. I'm not looking forward to the 4th of July - the county has banned fireworks, but I really hope no one does something stupid and bring some in illegally. The grass outside our house is actually crunchy. I think that would be considered a fire hazard, no?

Our garden is rockin, tho. Drip irrigation systems are awesome. Even with 100F temps I'm still getting a gazillion tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes, at least....the freakin dog (the lab mix, not the retarded Dalmation) keeps walking off with the larger ones and the Romas. I put up some netting yesterday to keep her out. I saw a massive pile of green tomato puke in the front yard, you'd think that would teach her to leave them alone, but no.....at least they haven't re-eaten it yet. Nasty creatures.

Got ribs going in the slow cooker right now. And the toddler is taking a nap. I don't like age 3. I'm really hoping someone will sneak in and steal him and return him to me when he's 5.

Doing some work, cleaning up the place a bit (boring stuff like laundry, changing sheets on the bed, cleaning the aquarium(s) glass, loading dishwasher) Ate a small lunch and probably go out later for some coffee. Have a few drinks, maybe go in the pool later.

HD player AND the Blu Ray went on the fritz (that sounds like an old person word) so we're having to watch regular DVD's which there's nothing wrong with that but we have a ton of the HD and Blu Ray DVD's just sitting there till we get the new HD player in and the Blu Ray sent off and repaired and back to us. TMI on the DVD's I think.

Supposed to rain here today but it passed us over for now. Little spots of rain all over the place.

RYD is WOOP ASS Tired...

My Shul has its 3rd yard sale today...I was up at5:30 this morning, went to StarBucks and then to the Bagel Shop...starting setting up at 7:30, opened at 9:00...

Well between all 3 sales we rasied over $7000, not bad for a little place with only 100 families...

Anyway I'm woop ass tired like i said

Went for dim sum this morning. Then, I've been fortunate enough to get to spend the entire day in the Newark airport getting flight after flight canceled. :mad: :mad: I'm still sitting here at gate C-131. May all your dogs eat your tomatos and your electronics go on the fritz. :mad:

Stacey, how was the HGTV thing and when can we see it? What kind of cooker are you using? I think I'm going to go on and get a WSM this week with an additional stacker. Too hard to hold low temps for brisket and such on a kettle. Plus, it uses a ton of lump.

It was a birthday weekend. My little Mama turned 6 and we had ponies and a petting zoo. It was so cute. Then two nieces had birthdays too.

Yesterday, I went to Planet Music to pick up a baby einstien dvd for a 1 year old birthday party that was later in the afternoon (because I am so organized ;)), I grabbed an old school Wutang Clan cd.:D:D

Newark airport rocks. If you step outside you can almost smell Elizabeth.

Ken - the show airs sometime in the fall (their 2nd season). It's on Sunday nights at 9 PM, called "Rate My Space." The whole filming deal was pretty cool.
