Center caps for Rockstars modified

Well I couldn't stand how the center caps stuck out so much on the 20" KMC Rockstars so I had to modify them.
After reading some of the posts about them I decided to take a pipe cutter to the plastic posts on the inside of the center caps. I took 1" off of them and also cut down the bolts an inch as well. The finish product is pretty good, just a little space now and for sure a space that I can live with now.. lol
Here are some pictures of my H2 and some before and after on how the center caps fit..

Thanks, the wheels are 20" with 35x 12.5" tires..

I also did the leveling kit with the keys, shock extenders and the 1.5" coil spacers in the rear..

I love it! So how much did it raise your truck total? Do you think that set up will work on a stock sut? Are the rims 20x10 or 20x12?

Looks great.

I thought about doing this when i first got mine but the stick out grew on me. I see alot of street trucks with them cut back and decided against cutting mine.

Quick question...Do you have the air susp? If so, would it be possible to just keep the air active which would raise the rear by 2inches? Or is it better to do the coil spacers?

The rims are 20x10's and I do not have the air suspension. The truck is raised 1.5 inch all the way around. The fenders to the ground are all eqaul now..

That looks great!!!!! Where did you get the coil spacers for the rear? Or is it part of the leveling kit? Is this the truxx kit?

What backspacing does your rim have? I don't like the flush ones without any depth to the wheel. I know that they don't have a lip but I'm looking for a wheel wheel with some depth from the bead to the center. Does that make sense? I've seen a some guys on this site with rockstars that look like as flat as pancakes and others like yours..

Love that truck, I got the same truxxx kit, I think I was one of the first with the new kit with the 1.5" R. Love how you stayed with 35" so it has some travel room.
