Ignition or starter?

I've had my 03 H2 for about 2 months. About 3 weeks after I bought it I was parked at a Subway and it randomly wouldn't start when I came back out to it. All lights etc worked, just wouldn't turn over, just dead. Tried a bunch of times, finally after like 1.5 hours of sitting there, it turns over and starts fine. I take it to the dealer, starts over and over and over, no problems. They couldn't track down the problem as it was intermittent. Now we are a month later, and it's started fine every time.

Now just this morning I come out to start it and same thing. No turning over, but lights and battery seems fine. This really bothers me as I need to know when I start the truck it's going to start.

Any bets on what could be wrong?

Re: Ignition or starter?

These have had problems with the ignition switch ,for $23.00 and a half hours labor I would start by replaceing the ingition switch. It is a very easy job and should not take more than a half hour .
