a/c blowing hot air only on driver side
 

i have a 2004 h2 that is blowing hot air only on the driver side. At first it was just at random but it seems to happen all the time. i have tried pulling fuses and disconnecting the plug from the actuator on the passenger side. This seemed to work at first but now has no effect. Am I right to assume that it is the actuator that is at fault. I have done some research on this and thats what people are saying to replace, especially with gm vehicles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
