Radio / electrical problem
 

:confused: I left my H2 parked for 3 months with a battery tender hooked up (2 amp) When I went to start it the windshield wipers wouldn"t turn off. Found the thread on this forum and did the fix (water in module). Drove home from the shop and now the radio won't turn off after I take the key out of the ignition, the little battery light on the dash stays on as well. Disconnected the neg. terminal on the battery and reattached, no difference. It was getting dark so I unhooked the battery so that it wouldn't drain overnight and will start again tomorrow. Any suggestions on where to start? Thanks in advance for any help that you might give me.

Have you had the ign switch replaced? May be out of adjustment by one tooth.

This is making me crazy. Hooked up the battery this morning and everything went back to normal. I guess that not driving it for 3 months and leaving it parked outside resulted in a lot of condensation inside. Found a lot of watermarks on the inside of the windshield. After warming up 2-3 minutes the wipers went on again. Guess I have to look up the thread and replace the module now. Does anyone know if the module controls the front w/s washers? The wipers won't turn off and the washers won't spray now (wsw tank is full). Module or switch or both?
