HMMWV wheel back spacing for H2?

I'm picking up 5 HMMWV wheels with run flats for the H2. The centers have been lathed out and new weldable centers are ready to weld in. Whats the best offset/back spacing for H2? I've heard press to the DATUM and weld, not sure what that equates to in BS. Any info will help!
