Heated / Power seats not working...

The drivers side power/ heated seat stopped working along with the passenger heated seat. The passenger power seat still works.

Fuses are good.

I plugged in a buddies snap on modis scanner. Code U1160 shows up...lost communication with DDM.

Does that mean the DDM is bad? My buddy says it just needs reprogramming from the dealer.

Any thoughts?

If you have power, ground to the door module and the data line is good then the module needs to be replaced. Cant program a module that has no communication.
