Hey guys, picked up my 2003 Hummer H2 today what a truck love it....now the only thing i cant figure out is the lights the guy couldnt find the manual for the car (why would you even remove it from the car???)...anyways here's my problem...

My headlights are on....Fog lights on the bar are on...but I cant figure out how to turn on the ones in the bumper?....

Anybody? Mines a US model...imported to Canada

Theres a sensor that will automatically switch from daylight running lights(in the bumper ones) to headlights depending on how dark it is when set in "AUTO MODE". You can turn the headlight switch to the left (counter clockwise) to disable the auto feature. I can look at the manual if you want to know what all the positions do on the headlight switch.

Ah **** those are the DRL's??....and I was trying to find a switch to turn them on at night ...lol...guess im gonna do a search and see if anybody figured out how to turn them on at night...

You have to do a wire mod in order to run both headlights and the drl's at the same time. Do a find search for it, I remember reading about it awhile ago. Someone else here might have the link handy for the mod.

When I bought my '03, it didn't have one, either! Guess that is the "souvenir" from owning one??? Welcome to the board...

Thankfully, that is where I found one to buy -- which I DID leave in the truck when I sold it!
