Hey Gang,

A buddy of mine is preparing to launch a magazine called "Hummer Enthusiast", he plans to pack it full of articles about the Hummer, locations to offroad, technical write-ups and lots of the similar stuff we chat about here.

As a survey, we'd just like to know how many of you would be interested in subscibing to such a magazine...assuming the price was very reasonable, the pages full of good material, and a limited amount of advertising (and the advertising would be Hummer related anyways).

Just a simple: Yes, I would be interested OR a No, I would not be interested would suffice. Thanks!

Steve - just assume everyone here would subscribe. I would actually ask the question is there anyone who wouldn't? I don't think you'd get many. I would love such a magazine.

This guy has to realize that he would need to get every H1 and H2 owner to subscribe in order to make it even close to a go. I think I read there have been as many H2's sold already as H1's since 1992. That would be total of about 20,000. Even if all would buy the mag, a subscription base of only that would have him on the edge of solvency each month to put out high quality glossy mag. I hope he can, but I am somewhat pessimistic as to his ultimate success, sorry. I wish hime the best and will certainly buy it if it comes out.
He might do better trying it as an online magazine first.
