Not street legal in Finland! Hella has set of Bi-Xenons that are legal in finland!

Thanks for the reply, the vehicle inspection here in Åland don´t know if its street legal or not. But anyway do you have any more info about the Hella kit?

I have not used that kit, but I have used Hella HID kits in the past, and can tell you they are very high quality.
