Yes it is and I know somebody who has a mint one in their garage. Same color even. Have no idea why they still have it. I hear them and the gremlins are worth a little bit of money now.

Looks like a cheap version of the Isuzu Vehicross about 9 years too late!

By the looks of things from Chrysler, a "trail rated" jeep minivan isn't too far away.
