What company sells after market clear corners for H3's? I checked on Ebay along with many other sites and come up with nothing.

There are no parts available for your 2006 HUMMER H3 . You can select a different vehicle or search for a different product.

Maybe part of the issue with availability of front clear corners is the fact that the H3 corner lamps are both DRL's and turn signals.

Maybe...but no one cares about the functionality or legal issues a part may have. That's what the term "for offroad use only" is for.
