Found a pic under- Swith PN for Roof Marker Lights.

HummerB 12-20-2005 07:03 PM

those are not OEM switches are they? that is not a very clean fit for the dash imo. however for an aftermarket set up it looks fine as well as functional.

crop000s 12-20-2005 10:50 PM

Not sure if they are OEM, in post it was assumed.

HummerB 12-21-2005 10:00 AM

I FOUND A PICTURE. THE OEM'S ARE PUSH BUTTON CIRCLES WITH A PIC OF A LIGHT AND AN ARROW THAT I ASSUME LIGHT UP WHEN ON. THEY LOOK REALLY CLEAN AND I AM GLAD I ORDERED THEM TO REPLACE THE PIAA SWITCHES. THEY ARE KIND AN EYESORE COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE CONSOLE.

List the pic if you get a chance.

Hey crop000s,

Those switches that you are referring to are not OEM. I bought at Auto Zone, Auto parts store, they cost me around 3 bucks each. But they look pretty good looking down from driver seat.

crop000s 12-21-2005 02:57 PM

My mistake, sure would like to see some OEM's now.

The one on the Left is a OEM switch. Complements of Crisco

HummerB 12-21-2005 03:01 PM

This is Crisco's light bar installation. it will show a pic of the OEM Button

fourfourto 12-21-2005 03:01 PM

How come the left one is not staight.Needs slight adjustment it would drive me crazy.Otherwise they look great.Still like to see OEM switch.Does anyone know if there is a OEM momentary switch?.

x-humm 12-21-2005 10:18 PM

Hey Fourfourto,

I know. just a little details. It's fixed know. These are nice looking switches. they have a blue light that comes on when the switch is on. By the way they come in different colors, blue, green, red, or even no light at all.

When I called my dealer they asked for $45 per each and 1 week to get them. So I decided to get these are cheaper and better looking. The Oem switches has two different switches, one pointing the arrow up and the other one down. Idon't know if they have a momentary switch or not. try asking the "partsguy" he is pretty knowledgeable.

Re: light switches again

Here is the one that comes with the Grill/Off Road light assembly. It has two sets of numbers on it. 38963885 and D5338 I am not sure they are useful. I would also like to buy a second one.

For a picture of the switch and the scanned installation instructions, see this thread.
