I am installing factory xm in my H2 and I cannot seem to get the visor to release. Please tell me exactly what to do to remove it.

My problem is that I don't know which way to to turn the visor, nor do I understand exactly how to release the clip. I tried with a small flat head screwdriver but I don't want to break anything.
