Unfortunately most Iraqians insurgents are already brain dead, so this device wouldn't work.

Best would be to have this or similar device available that would detonate those stupid suicide bombers/RPG's at a set distance. Wouldn't that be great, our guys could just drive down the streets an see the death turds fly!
