I see you live in OH. There are some houses here around San Diego that look very similar (im guessing around 7000+ sq. ft.) and I can't believe what they go for. For compairson a 1200 sq.ft. single family home by a friend of mine in an old neighborhood with a small pool just went for $490,000. SHEESH.

With the walk-out basement, it's said to be 13k sq/ft. I'm sure this would cost 4 times as much to build in SoCal.

Nice rig...I'll keep you in mind. However they just built it 2 years ago, so I think they're happy right now.

MMPH, That is a very nice house. I like the balcony over the entry. Is it a "bridge" or a hall (kinda hard to tell from the picture) im guessing hall. Anyhoo killer palace .
