, it reminds me when I took my wife's 35k Cooper S to the dealer in Scottsdale, for servicing..and recieved 16k Chevy Cavalier
... at the same time , their was a fellow complaining about getting an "S" type Jag as a loaner for his Z8 ... oh my just terrible
