97 F350 with 4" Rancho Lift. 35" tires, but I wouldn't go with 37's because of rubbing. We also put spacers behind the front bumper so the tire wouldn't rub when turning and gave it enough space to put chains on without them teariing it up. The shocks are the Rancho 9000 adjustable. Then new wheels and tires. It adds up.
I can't recall how much it cost to lift it.
