my (soon to be ex) Hummer service center is abominable. 3+ weeks to get an appointment. Latest appointment made for a Friday, then after a two hour check in process I am told that they can't see a Hummer on a Friday (mind you I never expected to get it back in one day), and I should come back Monday. So far it has been 8 days and counting since last I saw my H2.
All I had was 15000 check up, reduced high end power(which I'll bet anyone a thousand dollars, they don't even bother with), and a leaking front differential. Oh and nobody even suggested a loaner car until they had for 5 days. as if I would drive back there to pick up a loaner.
Guess your service dept. is looking pretty good now.
