all of these recalls may and may not affect all the 2003 H2's; they are based on VIN number. I have a late production 2003 (no recalls for mine so far), I have had only one problem (the ignition switch needed to be replaced)
other than that I have some minor issues, one front shoock absorber replaced and both DL lamps replaced due to clouding on the reflector
beside that I'm pretty happy with my '03 now close to 30k miles.
