You can use the stock jack...
If you are going to buy a jack, get this one:

Get the 60" version. It'll work anywhere and stores easily under the back seat.
I have one on my roof. Many of the folks here that off-road have hi-lift jacks.
Be damn careful jacking up your truck. They are very heavy.
I had an incident with a jack last fall that sent me to the emergency room to have my lip sewn back togther...
