I don't see too many H2s, maybe 1 or 2 a week, but I see H1s everyday. Every time I see H1 I love that look and I'd switch instantly. The open back is the best looking one, but rather not useful, I'd lose the use and security of the space in the back.
We drive to LA and back maybe 2-4 times a year, a few years even 7-8 times a year. 6-7 hours of 400 miles one way with traditional fastfood stops. That is usually my best judge for vehicle usefulness or reliability. Would I dare to drive X vehicle to LA and back? if not, that is not a vehicle for me. I don't have the time and energy to have a vehicle sit there just for weekends, personally I am convinced based on my 25 years of ownership experience, the less you drive a vehicle, the more problem you will have. I had few perfect cars turned bad just because I did not drive them often, once a month or 2 months. To a point, it became a burden just to force ourselves to drive these cars. "Honey, you better drive that SL today." "Can you please drive the V12? that hasn't been driven in a month." Joy turned into work.
I have absolute confidence in H2, 4 trips to LA/San Diego and back.
