What is going on here?

The tips do look as if they can get crushed while off road to me. I also asked about making the tips removable for wheeling. I like the look of them and would hate to have them crushed. I would rather have a solution before hand. I really don't think it is like comparing taking off the chrome brush guard so it doesn't get scratch because it is there to protect. If it gets scratched, it must have done it's job. On the other hand, if the exhaust tip gets crushed while wheeling, then it won't be doing it's job anymore. I am planning on changing the exhaust because I like the look and would like the deeper sound but I too would like to have the tips removable to protect them. Hey, apparently it just comes down to personal preference and to each their own. Nobody was bashing the SMA exhaust, just looking at solutions for a possible (stress possible) issue. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Never said anyone was bashing it.You are rite it does come down to personal preference, but please no more about the tips its overkill.Beating dead horse.
