BS to the dealer, they can call other dealers and purchase the BCM for dealer cost. Maybe they have a bad working relationship with other dealers, but there is NO policy against doing this.
Like HumbleAg states, mention the CSI survey. These scores are looked at very closely by GM.
Have you called the assistance center and mentioned the lemon law for your state?
I can tell you if this was five years ago, and a Saturn retailer, you would be given something for your trouble.

I got your PM and thanks.I asked the service manager if they tried calling other dealers in the area to see if they had one available and he said they couldnt do that.I dont really hear any ergency in thier voices when I talk to them and that kinda ticks me off.Is there any kind of compensation I could ask for fstop. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
