Sorry I don't have unlimited access to CARFAX neither. But I'd be very very careful buying any used car over ebay or anywhere sight unseen
I'm sure you've been warned but I had to warn you again.
For this specific vehicle, I clicked around for you
and noticed the seller feedback (3rd one) it had an incomplete transaction but take a look at the closing price. Also, I'd question the fact why on earth would anyone sell this vehicle "no reserve" and the current bidding price is well below the trade in value?
In case you are not familiar with the used car market, you can find a lot of info at the following sites:

By looking up the current market value, at least you'd know if something is extraordinary cheap and if it's too good to be true, it probably is
