wow. people must hate being in front of you. i have HID's on my celica, and here in arkansas, things like that are real lax. there are plenty of people rolling around here with some highly illegal tints and we have no carb regulations.

i believe that HID's have been outlawed if they do not come as a factory option. the problem is that cars and options change so often that they aren't taking the time to learn it. it's such a petty thing to ticket for compared to say....running a stop sign
