I haven't looked into it but we have an air hose to hook up in rear so it u tee into this line it would act the same as using the factory hose.
Get your hose out and do some testing and put a gauge on it to see what pressure u have.
Depending on the horns some need more air flow than others and a tank up front will help this.
U could hook the horn/horns up to the inflater hose and see if it works OK.
I mounted a Pete air horn on the outside of the garage, this will get people's ATTENTION.
