If you are going to take the H2 (or any vehicle for that matter) in deep water then you need to spend some time waterproofing all of the electrical connections and driveline components. I have specially run diff/tranny/t-case breathers on my vehicle along with a relocated air intake. I can ford water up to 4 feet deep as long as the MT/Rs are biting...

Not sure on the H2 if the tranny and diffs are sealed or vented, on the H1 they are all sealed or protected in some fashion. Plus, the deisel on the H1 is waterproofed and easily snorkeled.
